Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number via email when your parcel leaves our teahouse.
Do you ship outside Canada and the USA?
No, we only ship across North America at this time
What should I do if my order is shipped but I want to change my address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any edits to the address once it has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
All tea and products sold from www.secretgardentea.com are final sale. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email orders@secretgardentea.com and we’d be happy to help.
My order was lost/stolen, what do I do?
Sorry, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In this instance, we recommend reaching out to Canada Post directly.
